Background of the Trio Funds
As per the resolutions passed at the unitholders’ meeting on 30 July 2010 by the unitholders of the Trio Funds, Trio Capital Limited (formerly Astarra Capital Limited) (In Liquidation) (the “Retiring Responsible Entity”) was replaced by The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited ABN 45 003 278 831 (the “Responsible Entity”) in accordance with section 601FL of the Corporations Act 2001. Accordingly, ASIC Form 5107 was lodged with ASIC by the Retiring Responsible Entity on 3 August 2010.
It is the intention of the Responsible Entity to manage the Trio Funds and provide regular communication updates to unitholders.
Engagement of FundBPO Pty Limited
The Responsible Entity has engaged FundBPO Pty Limited (ABN 81 118 902 891) (the "Registrar") to provide registry and investor relations services (including call centre activities and mail outs of unitholder documents) in respect of the Trio Funds, to the unitholders of the Trio Funds.
